To earn the referral bonus through the Cred refer and earn offer, the person you refer needs to successfully join Cred and make their first credit card payment. Having a credit card is a requirement for them to be eligible for the referral bonus. If they don’t have a credit card, they won’t be able to fulfill the criteria for you to earn the referral bonus.
