RBL has been focused on improving their Credit Card Game, and have launched some decent Cards in the recent past. But when it comes to applying for these cards and getting them on time, there seems to be some confusion. Through this post we’ll try to suggest 2 ways (Online and Offline) how you can track your Credit Card application after applying.
So how can you track your application status?
Online Method
For this you’ll need to visit the track application status page under the Static Pages tab. Alternatively you can click this link directly: ***********.rblbank.com/static-pages/track-your-credit-card-application
Below Screen will open up
You need to click on the ‘Track Here’ Button.
As soon as you click on the Track Here Button, the screen below will open in a separate tab.
You’ll need to enter the Reference Number of your application. It’s a 17 digits number, which can be found on the registered e-mail. RBL would’ve sent you a mail with this 17 digit reference after your application.
Additionally you’ll need to enter your Registered Mobile Number and need to verify with an OTP to proceed.
As soon as you verify all these details a screen containing all your personal information - Name, Credit Card Name, Application Number will open. Along with this the status of your application will also be shown, if the application is still under progress it’ll be shown Application Under Progress.
In case this doesn’ work out, you can always try Offline Methods.
You can get in touch with RBL’s Customer Care @ +91 22 6115 6300/ customercare@rblbank.com. This is a Toll Free Number which is available 24x7. Please note that you’ll need details of your Application Reference Number for this method to work.
Alternatively, you can visit your nearest Branch and get in touch with the authorized person at the Branch. Even at the Branch you’ll need your 17 digit Application Reference Number to be able to trace your application. Additionally they may ask for your Identity Proof and Address Proof, so please make sure to carry these documents.
