Hie All,

I recently received an email from Amazon Ofm Department, Stating us under

"We closed this account. We will cancel any open orders you had on this account. Any digital content that you purchased with this account is still available to you. To access the content, click the "Manage Your Content and Devices" link on the menu "Your Account" on Amazon.in. Any unused gift card balances in the account will no longer be available for use.

Why did this happen?
We have taken this measure because our records show that your account is directly linked to another account that we previously closed for violating of our Conditions of Use. As a result, you may not open a new account or use another account to place orders on our store.
Under the Amazon Conditions of Use, we reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts and terminate your rights to use Amazon Services. To review our policies, go to "Conditions of Use":
www.amazon.in/conditionsofuse

Has your account been closed in error?
If you believe that there has been an error, let us know by replying to this email to reach an account specialist. Our Customer Service team cannot reverse this decision or share more details on this matter. They can only confirm that this message was sent and can also assist you with technical issues."

Actions already taken -- Replied to them stating the case, wherein the linked accounts was hacked and we closed that account by raising request from our end, that's not a violation by cyber attack, dropped reminders on email to make the Primary account active. Requested them to let me use the shopping vouchers pending in the wallet.

No Positive response received.

Has anyone encounter this issue, does any one know, what can be done ?

Keep a follow-up, if your case is genuine you will get a hold back of your account ultimately.
Apart from emails, in between try calling customer support and tell them to connect them to account specialist team or their supervisor and tell them your whole situation.
Also let me know since how long are you communicating over the emails and when exactly did you receive this email?

Reiterating: Timely FOLLOW UP is the key.
