Recommendation for Online Rent Payment with Lowest Convenience Fees

I'm looking to pay my rent of around ₹40,000 online and want to know which app offers the lowest convenience fees. I have several credit cards—Axis Vistara, ICICI HPCL, Amazon ICICI, OneCard, SBI Cashback, and HDFC Dinners/Rupay. Could you suggest the best app for rent payments with minimal fees and the card with the lowest transaction charges for this purpose?

Rent Pay Transactions: 1% fee ontransaction amount will be levied on rentaltransactions done on any applicable merchant from the second transaction for the month.
sc smart give 2% cashback on rents but they charge 1% surcharge you can use cred or housing app for low convenience fees
