Maintaing Both AVERAGE MONTHLY BALANCE and MINIMUM ACCOUNT BALANCE.

Maintain the minimum balance. Make sure the balance doesn't go below the minimum required ever (I believe it's 20k). Then you don't have to worry about maintaining AMB.
