Retaintion offer by SBI card

I have 2 year old SBI BPCL credit card. I am using it just for sale discounts. This year I am not reaching 50k spend for fee reversal. I have called customer care to close the card. They promise me that they will reverse my fee and gave me a ticket number. Should I trust them for fee reversal in my situation? I have negotiated for LTF but they said no LTF offer is showing right now, may try next year for it.

call them again and record call from first ..and save the audio record ..in case the fee reversal isn't happening. but if u got any ticket number it is trustable for sure. if u don't want to face any issue u can call them and record it confirming the same
