2) Which card is best particularly if my spends are mostly online shopping, utility bill payment and UPI transaction!

HDFC RuPay credit cards are similar to SBI RuPay credit cards with some minor differences. Currently, many HDFC users without any existing HDFC credit cards have been offered lifetime free (LTF) Biz Series and Freedom RuPay credit cards. Try your luck!

You didn’t get what I was trying to say. I meant that HDFC Bank users, i.e., Savings/Salary Account holders, are being offered lifetime free (LTF) credit cards. Non-HDFC users are rarely getting LTF HDFC credit cards.
However, you can apply for and get non-LTF credit cards via the HDFC website.
