Rupay lounge access in t3 with debit card

I was wondering if the T3 Rupay lounge accepts debit cards
I have a savings account in Kotak and union bank and a salary account in Axis Bank
Do Axis / Kotak issue debit cards on the Rupay network, and if they do, are those cards valid for getting access to the lounge
