SBI atm card amc

I am using State Bank of India regular savings account for 3 years and have global debit card bank never deduct amc charge for atm card from account can anyone explain this

- When I wasn't using the card for a year, I wasn't charged, but when I used it once in a year, they charged AMC.

I just want to know will they charge me in future

Any bank never deduct AMC till you use the card for the first time.... The AMC is deducted every year only after the first use so that client gets the flavour of the utility once...
