SBI AUTO DEDUCT THE CREDIT CARD BILL AFTER BILL PAY .

So my SBI CARD BILL WAS DUE on 08 Feb, I paid Full bill on 06 Feb , bill reflected on SBI CARD application successfully as well. However today SBI deducted bill amount from my BANK account through AUTO DEBIT. What to do please guide.

There is an option in the app itself to ask for refund of excess credit. Just go there are provide bank account details. The credit normally comes in 2-3 working days.

auto debit will auto trigger 3 or 5 days before due date if you not paid bill before 5 days of due date since you paid 2 days ago before you autopay triggered it automatically initiate your bank to debit required amount. you either deregister autopay or pay bill atleast 5 days before due date to avoid such autopay issues. if there is no money in bank at time autopay you will be fined 500+ GST as dishonour fee so be careful with autopay
