Sbi card Delinquent

Due to emergency I'm in hospital from last 2 months not made payment towards sbi card, so my card on Delinquent status.
My full due bill rs.99512 and minimum due rs.41300
And I made payment rs.32500

I made this payment can now my card will be active ?

Customer care said when payment settled toward bill automatically card will active?

No you need to clear all dues before due date and call customer service to reactivate card i understand you had emergency but don't risk your life with creditcard you may look lower interest rate loans and clear dues credit card interest rate trap is 42-45% per annum once you struck you will not come out easily. Look for any loan with lower interest rate of 9-12% clear it off
