SBI cashback credit card

I applied for the SBI cashback credit card on the 22Oct 2024. It has been almost 10 days and I haven't received any updates from the SBI.
I tried tracking the application on the their website but it is showing as "Submission of your application is pending.". When I click on the "Complete Application Now" button, it shows "Your online application has been completed. An SBI Card representative will reach out to you soon to verify your details.". This is happening whenever I try to track the application.
Want to know the complete process for the SBI cashback credit card.

you may get call from agent to do process from their end after process completed you will get approval or decline with in 7 days

It has been more than 10 days but I haven't got any call. Should I wait for few more days? is there any other way (email or call or SBI Branch visit) through which I can get the updates?

I was seeing some different page after clicking on the referral link. I have written an email to the SBI customer support team. let's see how they respond.
