SBI Credit Card Against FD

I am thinking to applying for an SBI credit card against a fixed deposit (FD) and would like to understand the typical processing timeline. Could anyone here please inform share your experience about the expected duration for approval and issuance of the credit card after all necessary documentation is submitted?

if you apply in near by branch they will approve card in 24-48 hrs by 1 week the card will be delivered

Why are you going with SBI for FD based CC? I think they have annual fee even for FD based secured card. Who wants to give annual fee for no reason
