SBI Credit Card Application Stuck Problem?

Hi there
I have applied for SBI simply click on 27 july 2024.
The application was duly completed and CIBIL enqiry was also done.
But when I am tracking it, It is not processing.
Even when I call on IVR they say it is invalid application number.
What should I do?
I have even mailed the customer care, but no response.
I already have SBI cashback Card though, with same details.

I also applied in July, after many-many suspicious verification calls, I finally got the application completed and then waited for about a month and now the application has been declined.
My docs and CIBIL are all credible.
