SBI Credit Card Joining fees

I have applied for SBI Pulse Credit card and have received the same. But now i'm having a second thought and hence had not used/activated the card. The bank has generated the first statement for joining fees. Do i need to pay this ?

Yes. Otherwise it will be shows as default in CIBIL. You may ask for refund after paying, if not gonna use/ activate

Yes pay fees,then ask customer care for refund and also ask them to close the card
