So my SBI CARD BILL WAS DUE on 23rd, I paid Full bill on 20th OCT, bill reflected on SBI CARD application successfully as well. However today SBI deducted bill amount from my BANK account through AUTO DEBIT. I have written a mail to CC but anyone aware what's steps to follow for REFUND.
Sbi deducted excess money of Already paid bill amount through AUTO DEBIT.

The extra amount will be settled in future CC bill statements.
I personally pay my SBI CC bill 10 days before the Due Date to avoid such kind of Auto Debit issues.
1st time it got delayed but now I have to pay the price, if it's not going to refund I did big mistake as due to sale the amount of bill was Higher than my average spend so it will took 3 month to cover up that billThe extra amount will be settled in future CC bill statements.

Go into Services and choose Credit Balance Refund option

pay bill atleast 5 days before due date before 3 days to duedate auto pay will be trigger and it will be deducted from bank if you already paid in between trigger to due date.. for refund click credit balance refund raise request minimum 500 rs with in 2 days it will credited to your given account number in credit balance refund request form or call customer care to take refund request
