why the sbi bank not deposited cash at cash counter .the cashier denied to deposit the cash he said to deposit the cash by machine is that rbi rule...

It happened to me as well. I don't think it's an RBI rule but they just don't want to increase their work when there is an automated way to do something. Bdw it was Union Bank
