SBI Welcome Gift voucher

I have received 15 digit alphanumeric code, its not working in add gift card page. Any solution ?

Did you even read what i posted ? I said i tried adding it to gift voucher section its giving error "You have entered a Gift Card code"
and when i try to add to gift card there also it gives error "We are unable to add this gift card to your account"

if you didnt used voucher earlier and sure that welcome voucher was not used you can raise complaint to sbi card so they can issue new voucher if problem with your amazon account sell to someone or in crafin website

you might have received email too if no mail received only option to sell voucher others/family members or in crafin website with 10% to 12% deduction
