Scb smart credit card reward expiry

Is there any expiry for reward points earned in scb smart credit card?
Also is there any redemption fees?

Normally the reward points are valid for for life time .. but some cards it now a days expire in 24 months.SCB smart credit card 360 degree rewards comes with 3 years expiry.. other card reward are for lifetime.

There is no fees for redemption of reward points.

My statement is generated 34000 (SCB smart credit Card.)but after generating the statement the 2% CB not credited to my 360 degre reward portal...when it will be credited ,after paying the credit card bill...or....

Even i am facing the same issue, i emailed them but no response received till now. Last month there was some upgrade done in there system, i believe that didn't goes well.
