What if I get myself a secured credit card against a FD and after building a good credit score I wish to Break the FD. Will the credit card be surrendered? If yes then will this impact my credit history?

you have to get unsecured card first and then you can close fd card it will drop few points in cibil it will improve slowly with using unsecured card
