Seeking Advice on multiple credit cards and sharing experience

of these cards I want to close first is Club Vistara(Air India) card they offer complimentary tickets I have two complimentary tickets and cabin upgrade but when I want to book tickets are not available I am trying from 4 months
Then Hdfc Upibuz and then Yes Bank Reserv (also charge for wallet upload in addition to credit card charges) and don't find it useful and 1 lakh quaterly spends required

I want to know Why my Axis Bank card rejected after all these cards I have with good credit limit and Cibil Score?
And I want Standard Chartered Credit card any way to get?
Any suggestions Please

I think, don't close IDFC CLUB VISTARA until they discontinue it, becz excluded spend categories are less, book in advance you will get ticket easily, I never faced this issue.

If you have saving account with axis then rejection chances are less, I have 5 axis cards including Magnus for Burgundy, one citi migrated.

Try for Axis Atlas, HDFC DCB from Regalia,
