Seeking Entity Name for OneCard to File RBI Ombudsman Complaint

I am planning to file a complaint with the RBI Ombudsman regarding an issue I faced with OneCard. However, while filling out the complaint form, I couldn't find the exact entity name for OneCard to enter in the 'Entity Name' field.

FPL Technologies Private Limited is the company that manages OneCard, a credit card service in India.

You can try searching this as the entity name.

Or can you tell me what are the available option type for entity name ?

Don't think Indian bank manages one card.
One card is issued with tie ups with Indian bank, Bank of Baroda and couple of others, but not managed by any of them.

Yes it is issued by Indian Bank but managed by One card itself.

So.. you have issue with Indian Bank (the Cc issuing entity) or the One Card process??

my one card is issued by BOB. my issue is with the add on card memeber KYC. firstly they notify you to add family member. so i invited, at the time of KYC. it's showing KYC is pending. we are adding a new KYC methods. i dropped an email to them. they are saying the offer is expired. and your father is not eligible for addon. but you can add other family member.
i think there is no such restrictions or criteria for add on family member

so want to complain RBIO for this

So if you can't find FPL technologies and the issuing authority of your CC is BOB then use BOB as the entity but don't forget to mention about FPL Technologies and OneCard as well as your conversations with then through mail.

Yes! You should contact BOB before making a report.

But it can be possible that BOB doesn't have such criteria which doesn't allow your father to get a CC but OneCard can be such criteria which don't allow your father for having a card for him. (Criteria such as age, income proof etc.)

It's not like that, there should not be any issues like this. But if other phone number is not working then use the same number registered with CC. If you don't have any issues.
