Settled loan re-open now can I pay ..?

My cibil -800 ,Highmark-743 , Equifax -788, Experian -628. , in Experian 1loan settled amount -5000 , I request after 2 year after requesting to settled account reopen so can I pay 17700 amount to remove settled show in Experian score..?
Settled show in only Experian score
After payment my Experian reach 700+ ??
Experian score stuck 628 at almost 2 year +

Ask them to update same to cibil and also take NOC or no dues certificate from company and report a dispute on cibil to make corrections.
