Goto CIBIL website, check the report, if your report is new then you can file dispute. At the bottom of the report page, you will see Raise a dispute click on that and follow instructions on next pages.

If you know which banks loan is to showing, you can take up matter directly with them.

Are you sure you didn't have taken any loans?
Any Paylater account or something like that?
If not then definitely file a dispute.
