Someone Misused my Personal Information

Guys. Today I've downloaded my credit score report from ICICI Bank
my credit score shows 783(on official Cibil.com Website). under the account information section. I see two unheard Loans which isn't operated by me. one from Karur Vysya and one from Axio both have same Consumer Loan ID. its concerning for me. cause I have never taken any loan yet. please someone let me know what to do in this case

I have also attached the screenshot to see those two

It might be because you recently opened an Amazon Pay Later account.

how is it related to amazon pay letter account ? and I don't think I have opened amazon pay later account

Because Axio (CapFloat Financial Services Pvt Ltd) and Karur Vysya Bank (KVB) collaborate with Amazon Pay Later to provide credit facilities. Axio acts as a Non-Banking Financial Corporation (NBFC), while KVB co-funds the credit in certain cases, typically in a 20:80 ratio with Axio

So, Recheck you Amazon Pay regarding the same.

Nothing to worry. Same thing happened with me
It can be
- Amazon pay Later
- Flipkart pay later
- Other

Please report and escalate both incidents to cibil official customer care via email and the RBI ombudsman as well. Only after proper cross-verification with Amazon Flipkart KVB and Axio along with written email proof from your end that both accounts don’t belong to you.
