Tata Neu Infinity Bill payment Problem

I have Tata Neu Infinity credit card, so i am paid my all utilities bill on this card using tata neu app. Today when i pay my electric bill it can show payment doesn't allow on this merchant. i don't understand this problem because 4 day ago i am already pay another electric bill on this card using tata neu app. please anyone can help me on this problem.

It might be a technical glitch or they might have updated their policies. From what I remember, there was going to be ca redit card policy update starting from December 1. I don't know if it's because of that
