tata neu infinity got rejected

i have applied for tata neu infinity few days ago via hdfc youtuber's refer link and they rejected my application after successful vkyc now.
even i m using hdfc millennia since last year.
plz guide me should i reapply for tht card bcoz it's in ltf offer till 31 dec
someone told me tht your application got rejected bcoz u have mentioned 10lakh in annual income you should mention more thn 12lakh.
plz guide me

PS: Don’t apply for any credit card or loan wait at-least 6-8 months.
