TATA NEU INFINITY PLUS CREDIT CARD

Hello Everyone,

I Need Your help regarding Tata neu HDFC credit card.
As few days ago my dad applied for tata neu infinity credit card, he got approval of more than 2 lakhs ,but the card was hold as the partner bank was doing a enquiry I guess , they visited our residence as well as the place of work but now they rejected the card . Can I know that whether I can do anything from my side or not . As I need that card by seeing their benifits. So please help me regarding this .

What is the Credit Score as of now?? I mean Transunion cibil

It's 768 it was same at the time of applying and the experian is 805.

Any late payments reflecting in cibil?? If everything is okay you can contact HDFC Bank and request them to reopen your application.
