Tata new card on utility transaction

Previous month I paid my insurance payment through tata new infinity card payment of 76542 Rupees. 765 rupees utility transaction fee charge showing in statement.
Is anyone else facing same problem

I paid LIC premium last month and there is no fee in my September month statement, will check and update you this month.

Because im also pail premium but there is no charge.
