I am trying to open Kotak 811 account since last about one month tried many times to open online account and once my application was completed and ₹5000 as initial deposit was made but account cannot be opened and later after few days bank returned back the deposit amount it appears that the bank opens this account of select customers only and the possibility of bug in kotak software cannot be ruled out I have contacted CEO of the bank by an email at ashok.vaswani@kotak.com and his office advised me to visit branch but branch executive refused to help me out in this regard - Worst private sector bank in India
