Unable to pay credit card bill before bill generation

I am unable to pay the credit card bill before bill generation. I am facing this issue of Tata neu HDFC card, icici coral, icici rubix credit card, kotak urban credit card, airtel axis credit card. I have tried CRED, MobiKwik, Icici i mobile app, Gpay, Tata neu app but all apps are saying bill is already paid. No pending bill is found.

Please try upi payment option , example ccpay. xxxxxxxxxx(16 digit card number )@icici for icici , most banks accept upi payments

It is bcz of use of BBPS. Use NEFT or Online Banking method
