Unable to Use Airtel Axis Rupay Card on Airtel Thanks App

I recently got the Rupay variant of the Airtel Axis Credit Card but I cannot make any transactions in Airtel Thanks - I Tried Unistalling, Clearing Storage, and different numbers - Even personalized experience is on.

Tried connecting with Airtel - but they told me its an issue on the Axis side and vice versa from the Axis team. They are not getting the transaction info.

Any help would be appreciated.
