Unauthorised Email Form Cibil

Hii,
I am getting emails from Cibil with login Otp..approx 5-10 emails per day since last 24 hours ? What could be the reason is it safe or dangerous?

Note: I have raised dispute in cibil for some of enquiries that i do not recognise approx 2 days ago? Is this emails with login Otp anyway linked with that? What can I do to protect my CIBIL account...I have a paid plan of Cibil also.

Maybe somebody is trying to login your account. Make s strong password and also deleted linked devices.
