Union Bank provides a lot of electronic payment options for Indian Customers.

Mainly there are 3 ways in which you can make electronic payment with Union Bank - RTGS, NEFT, and IMPS. Before moving forward, it's important to understand the differences between the 3 modes;

RTGS/NEFT/IMPS Transfer with Indian Bank:

There are two ways to initiate an RTGS / NEFT/ IMPS transfer with Indian Bank:

  1. Offline submission /In Branch Request (FOR RTGS/NEFT)
  2. Mobile Banking (FOR RTGS /NEFT /IMPS).
OFFLINE SUBMISSION /IN-BRANCH REQUEST

Step 1:
Download and Complete the Form
  • Download the attached NEFT/RTGS form (in PDF format). This same form will be provided to you if you choose to initiate the transfer through an in-branch request. We have attached a copy of the same form to this post for your ease.
  • Print a clear copy of the downloaded form.
  • Fill out the form completely and accurately. How to fill up the form is mentioned below
How to Fill up the Form?
  • Start by writing your branch name.
  • The transaction number will be give and written by
  • Now, add beneficiary name, address, branch name, bank name, date, account type and account number.
  • Add your name, address, PAN number, Mobile Number, Amount(both in figures and words) and mode of payment.
  • Read and recheck the declaration and sign the form.

Step 2: Submit the Form at Your Branch
  • Visit your nearest Union Bank branch.
  • Submit the completed NEFT/RTGS form along with any required identification documents to a bank teller or customer service representative.
  • Once your request is processed, the funds will be transferred to the beneficiary's account.
Mobile Banking (Union Bank Mobile App)
  • Open your Union Bank Mobile Application and log in with your 4-digit PIN or register on the application first.
  • Scroll Down and Click on “Send Money” under the Quick Tasks menu.
  • Under the transfer window, you will have the option to have a quick transfer or you can register a payee and then pay.
  • Now, enter the beneficiary bank details and the amount you want to transfer.
  • Select the transfer type and select your bank account.
  • Click on proceed and confirm the details.
  • Authenticate using you MPIN and your transfer will be completed.
