Unsecured Credit card for students with -1 cibil score

I am presently pursuing my MTech at IIT Dhanbad. Recently I have applied for an ICICI Sapphiro credit card which is supposed to be accepted for all IIT/IIM students even with -1 CIBIL score. But I got rejected twice. I don't have money to go for FD and get a secured credit card. Please help me with this. I need an unsecured credit card.

If you want a credit card to build credit score you can consider getting supercard by super.money (Flipkart)
You can get it for as low as 100 rs

Currently I have -1 credit score I just finding way for beginning the journey of cibil now so I thought to start with fd backed CC suggest me best one with fd starting 5k . And tell me which can be other method for building first ever cibil score

Apart from Secured CC, if your primary objective is to build Credit Score then consider opening Amazon Pay Later or any Pay Later account. Use less than 25% of the sanctioned Pay Later limit and pay the TAD atleast 5 days before Due Date.

This is how I started building my Credit Score and after 9 months I got my first Pre-approved LTF...

It was rejected because you still pursuing not graduated icici offering for alumini who completed courses from top prestigious institutes
