Utility Bill Payments using HDFC Tata Neu Infinity Card

Hi All,
How can I maximize rewards using the HDFC Tata Neu Infinity Card for utility payments like TNEB electricity bills, Airtel broadband and postpaid, and LPG? Should I purchase Amazon Pay vouchers via HDFC SmartBuy or pay directly through the Tata Neu app?

I believe infinity gives 5% neu coins as cashback on direct bill payments through Neu app.
