I want to get a new credit card, and I am currently not using any credit card. I have 2 account, SBI and HDFC. Furthermore, I am looking for lifetime free credit card and afcoz with good amount of offers every time. Please suggest.

Also you don't need a Bank Account for getting a Credit Card
