Wave off revolving charges(financial charges ) credit card

I transact rs 1.50 lac and paid 150₹ less than total amount to be paid (calculation mistake)
For this bank has imposed fine of 9620₹ for this in next billing cycle.
I talk customer care about this and spend time and energy,they waived ₹3000 after long argument.
Kindly suggest me any solution if any

The Best way to reconnect with customer care. Same kind of charges SBI applied on me but after representing the situation politely and in elaborative way, they understood my concern and removed all the charges which they applied mistakenly.
