if you have construction related work, then you can claim GST and also claim depreciation under incometax act on basic amount

Hie Mr Raj,
As explained in GST on mobile thread, you can use the GSTIN number to avail tax credits for purchase and pay off your gst against the credits collected.
For this you need to have proper books of accounts, details of Credits and sales and various other things in line, which the tax consultant will take care of.
