HDFC Tata Neu Infinity is best for Electricity bill payment. You get 5% as neu coins which can be used at most of the Tata online stores like bigbasket, croma, tata cliq, tata airlines and even at some of the offline stores.
Note: Some people reported that more that 50K a day attracts charges. But not sure as I haven't encountered any.

Biz black has a limit of 75k beyond which charges are applicable
With effect from 01.08.2024, in HDFC TATA NEU INFINITY,
For individual use, utility bills payment more than 50 thousand would attract 1% service fee and 18%GST on service fee.
For business card, limit is 75000.

I think amazon doesn't allow bills more than 15k to be paid with cc
