Deny claims / v v difficult to contact and resolve any issues / customer service is terrible.. worst.. i am porting to lombard

I would strongly suggest to use Ditto for a customised guidance for yourself. I took their services for health insurance (Optima Secure) but chose to buy the same plan on my own. Recently had a medial claim, although I managed to get good service from HDFC directly but it still took some time.
I have taken Term Insurance from Ditto and the process was smooth. Hope I never have to take the claim!

To answer the best plan, I feel Optima Secure is the best plan in the industry, albeit a bit expensive. Followed closely by Care Supreme.
