Why NAV on AMC website different from groww or etmoney app

I see that, NAV of quant flexi cap direct growth on quant website is 95.46 as on 23rd Feb, but groww, etmoney, and even google show it as 104.38 for the same direct growth fund for the exact same date.

This Rs. 9 different has been consistent since last week. Eg. on 22nd it was 94.xx on quant website and 103.xx on all other websites.
Can someone help me understand why?

There are a few reasons why NAV could be different on different websites

1) Date of data updation may vary across websites
2) Method of calculation may vary
3) NAV is different for Regular and Direct Funds since higher expense ratio is deducted in case of Regular Funds
