Will i get 5% cashback in Amazon Pay ICICI card if i order from other amazon prime account, like if my friend used my card who have prime.
I also have Flipkart Axis and it can be used in different accounts with 5% cashback

No, you should have a Prime account.
On the other hand, if you have Amazon Prime and place an order from a non-Prime account, you’ll receive 5% cashback.

scenario 1: I have the card, I have prime subscription, my friend used my card who does not have prime subscription, i get 5% cashback

scenario 2: I have the card, I don't have prime subscription, my friend used my card who have prime subscription, i get 3% cashback
