Wrong Gender in CIBIL, Help me Out.

I'm using Supercard a FD based Credit Card by Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, I have error in my CIBIL with my Gender that it is showing Female instead of Male and in Supercard application form there was no such field, both on Experian and Transunion, in Experian I contacted them and they fixed it, but in Transunion they are asking to sent a request a from Financial Institute to have a fix.

I first contacted Utkarsh Bank Customer Care on April 16, 2025, regarding an error where I am incorrectly mentioned as FEMALE instead of MALE in the personal information section. I received an assurance during a follow-up on May 13 that this would be rectified within a month. However, even after more than two months, the correction has not been reflected in my CIBIL report.


To further follow up, I sent another email on June 12, but I have not received any response yet.


This delay is affecting my credit profile and potentially my financial credibility. What should I do next should I write a mail to Grievance Office of Utkarsh small finance bank? and if not should I go for RBI Ombudsman.
