SEBI's strict action against Finfluencers?

HI Guys, just saw today that SEBI has banned Finlfuencers from collaborating with any regulated entities. Do you think it's fair? Personally I find it a little harsh

its right, I think , as fin-influencers have a lot of power and SEBI doesn't want people to loose money by just following someone and the money involved in this , is very high , so its good i guess

While I agree to your premise but don't you think the implementation of these rules could've been better? Just plain and simple banning is a little pointless I think
