ICICI Bank branch not opening campus power account which is a zero balance account. What should I do??

I visited to icici bank branch to open campus power account which is a student account. But they denied by saying that there is no such account in bank. Now, what should I do as this account is mentioned in icici bank webpage.

Directly Contact with Branch Manager.If not resolve the issue you can raise a complaint against branch .

Same, he didn't open account for random xyz reasons. Later I settled with family 360 zero balance account. Though it has 1 lakh initial funding.

Same brother mujhe bhi account open karke nehi diya.. bole 1lakh initial funding aur 50k AMB maintain karna padega nehi toh account open nehi ho payega. Kya kare koi suggestion hai kya please help me

Check Kiya Mera college listed nehi hai .

Premium institutions like AIIMS IIT ye sab institutions k students open kar sakte hai ye account ...maine ek YouTube video se dekh kar check Kiya ... nhi toh aap apply kardo customer care se jab call ayega tab apna institution ka naam batake dekhlena ki aap ka institution campus power saving account k liye eligible hai kya.

I have visited icici bank for campus power account they told me that there is no such account and offered me to open a 10k MAB account with 1lakh initial funding, So I immediately sent a mail to nodal officer about the incident next day I got call from branch manager requesting to come for account opening,Next I have visited the bank and they checked if college is available in their list and my college name is in their list and they have opened my campus power account in 10 minutes and also my friend wanted open the account but his college name is not in their list so they told him they can't open campus power account for him.
