BBPS PAYMENT ISSUE

Anyone please help me out .. i have paid a credit card bill of 1000 rupees it is showing success on app and I also checked at BBPS website , it also saying success . but at credit card transaction it is not showing and my money is also not refunded either as it is a successful transaction . Also I tried to raise a query at both platform .. but when I click on submit , It either don't working button or Error page. How to solve this issue .

some times clearing and adjustment bill take time for me also faced like this in 2 or 3 working days it will be reflected
