No. Further, there are charges on wallet loads by credit card.

Mobikwik may give you some rewards but SBI will charge you heavily.

The T&C of SBI Simply Click notes that e-wallet load with MCC 6540 and 6541 will not accrue any point. Mobikwik has MCC of 6540. Most of the other SBI cards also have similar conditions, if not all.
