RD installment not Debited

I HAVE RECENTLY BOOKED RD THROUGH Stable money with suryoday small finance bank for 5 yr and 1000 monthly installement starting from 21 feb but on 21 march amt was not debited so i immediately make a call to stable money and they told they will escalate with bank and told me after 15+ days that bank is saying due to technical issue and end of financial yr the amt was not debited and i asked abt interest which is not given to me..they told it will not given as amt was not debited as per bank polies

Can i do anything ABT IT TO GET ATLEAST THE INTEREST

E mail the suryoday small finance bank but also technical issue by stable money there is not reply so email rbi about this problem

No,technical issue by bank only not stable money and i have call the customer care no. They have issued tge complian but then the call from stable money excutive that bank reached to us and again the previous stuff
