Hi have an virtual debit card from starting now I am converted my account into super account my super card also delivered. But I have received a mail and sms they renewed my card. My virtual card is going to expire next month. I have contacted customer not giving any good response. Every time I have contacted they are telling different solutions and different reasons. Currently I have blocked that card permanently

With super 811 account they should send you a complete kit(s) in 1 or more courier package.

I received it with 1 week of upgrading my account to super 811.

If it's has been 1 week and there is no information on these things, call ur super 811 premium call center and ask where are these things.
